The Track-Editor

The track-editor is a separated program with simple wire-frame based graphics to simplify coaster-editing while the simulator is optimized for realistic realtime graphics. NoLimits uses adjacent bezier curves for the track interpolation. It can by controlled completely via the mouse inlcuding picking and dragging in 3D. It is based on familiar CAD 3D-design programs.

Coaster-style: LIM launched coaster

The coaster tracks shown in the screenshots are "Joker's Jinx" and "Flight of Fear" recreated by Phyter, which can be downloaded at www.coastersims.com. This coaster-style was added in 1.5 and the original <>coaster-styles from the tracks have been tranformed to LIM launched coasters to match the real coasters.

This coaster-style was added in NoLimits 1.55. The track shown on the screenshots was created by Andreas Simonis for the Gerstlauer BonBon-Land Demo.

This style was introduced in NoLimits 1.6. The track shown on the screenshots was created by Andreas Simonis for Gerstlauer.

This style was heavily updated in NoLimits 1.6

Coaster-style: The classic looping coaster

From the 1.6 update on, this coaster style replaces the original looping coaster style. The 1.6 update introduced a second version called the modern looping coaster which is very similar to this one but has newer harnesses and wheels.
